REFUNDS If we have made an error and installed or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly issue replacement items as above, or a full refund. 1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error. 3) Once we have inspected the items and can confirm that the items are faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of returning the items to us. No refund will be issued if the items delivered or installed are manufactured to specification and without fault since all artwork, materials and quantities are approved by the customer prior to manufacture. No refund will be issued if the items have been tampered with in any way or exposed to excessive pressure or heat. Items must be returned to us in the exact state in which they were delivered. EXCHANGES If we have made an error and installed or delivered faulty or incorrect items we will gladly exchange or replace the items at no additional cost to the customer. 1) Contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email to inform us of the error.
